THOMASTON - Mrs.Geraldine Dunnahoo Hickmon, 88, of Thomaston, died Monday, March 18, 2013.

Mrs. Hickmon was a native of Thomaston, a daughter of the late Morgan Dunnahoo and Gwendolyn Thomas Dunnahoo. She was a retired seamstress for the William Carter Company.

Mrs. Hickmon was a charter member of Trinity Baptist Church. She was preceded in death by her husband, George Warren “G. W.” Hickmon.

She is survived by a daughter, Susan Woods of Woodbury; two sons, George Hickmon, Jr., of Warner Robins and Ricky (Toni) Hickmon of Thomaston; grandchildren, Dedra (Bill) Pendleton, Shelby (Mark) Woods, Wesley (Sandy) Hickmon, Bret (Shannon) Hammonds, Jason (Tiffany) Hammonds, Morgan (Christopher) Wiggins, Dean Hickmon and Richard (Lauren) Hickmon; 12 great-grandchildren and one great-great-grandchild.

Graveside funeral services for Mrs. Hickmon will be held at 2 p.m. in South View Cemetery on Thursday, March 21, 2013 with Mr. James Hickmon officiating.
