The Upson County Board of Commissioners will hold a Town Hall meeting at 7 p.m. on Thursday, February 7, 2013 to discuss a mixed drink referendum. The Town Hall meeting will be held in the R. E. Lee Auditorium, located in the Thomaston-Upson County Government Administration Complex at 106 E. Lee Street, Thomaston, Ga.
