Mrs. Kathleen Weldon Ham, age 85, of Macon, passed away November 20, 2012, surrounded by her family. She was born in Lanette, Ala., to the late Walter Abner Weldon and Lura Brown Weldon. She lived in Concord for 10 years and was a member of Concord Baptist Church and the Friendly Bible Sunday School Class. After moving to Macon to be near her family, she joined God’s Church of Worship and Praise. Mrs. Ham enjoyed quilting, baking and working in the yard. Along with her parents, she was preceded in death by her husband Robert Ham, sisters, Essie Mae Vance, Mary Powell, and Gladys Hayes, and son-in-law, Clarence Willis.

She is survived by her daughter, Betty Willis of Macon; granddaughters and their husbands: Kathy and Craig James and Cindy and Brent Thompson; great-grandchildren: Christopher Green, Kimberly Smith, Brandi, Brandon and Brooke Norman; great-great-grandchildren: Mason and McKenzie Green and Bryce Smith; and several nieces and nephews.

Friends may visit the family on Friday, November 23, 2012 from 12-2 p.m. at the funeral home. Funeral services will follow at 2 p.m. in the chapel of Moody-Daniel Funeral Home with Pastor Ronnie Campbell officiating. Burial will be in Moody Memorial Gardens.
