Chilly weather is good news for the ULHS Chorus and Student Council’s Chili Cook-off Thursday, Nov. 15. Dine at the ULHS Cafeteria (the gym entrance) from 5 to 7 p.m. and you can taste the best in Thomaston chili from businesses such as Quadgraphics, Southern Crescent Technical College, TUAC, and The Wellness Center, and from school clubs, including the Art Club, Athletic Boosters, DECA, NJROTC, and the ULHS Cafeteria itself. Chili can be purchased for a dollar per bowl and prizes will be awarded for Best Chili, Best Decorated Table, and People’s Choice. Money raised goes toward music, uniforms, sending students to Washington, D.C., and to Student Council projects.
