Three youth basketball all-star teams from Thomaston-Upson County will represent the community this weekend at state basketball tournaments. The 10 & Under girls will play in Carrollton, and will begin with a game against Walton County today at 5:00. The 12 & Under boys all-stars will play their state tournament at home at the Civic Center, beginning with a game tonight against Vidalia at 8:00. The winner will play the winner of the Summerville - Coffee County game tomorrow morning at 11:30. The 14 & Under boys will play at Thomson-McDuffie County, but have a first round bye. They will play the winner between Effingham County and Washington County tomorrow at 12 noon.
