Upson-Lee NJROTC Commander Jim Jarvis, along with Petty Officer Chuck Meyerriecks and Upson-Lee High School Principal Tracy Caldwell, congratulate the NJROTC cadets on completion of orientation and being promoted to the rank of seamen apprentice at a graduation ceremony on July 26. Forty-one cadets participated in the week-long orientation camp held at the high school this summer where they learned physical training, proper uniform wear and drill.
