The first monthly Yatesville Market Day was held Saturday and featured something for everyone, from good music to good shopping for arts, crafts, and vegetables, to good food. Organizers were happy with the turnout from both vendors and visitors, but are encouraging anyone with extra fruits and vegetables, even backyard growers, to bring their produce to Market Day. Yatesville will hold its next Market Day on Saturday, Oct. 13, then take a break over the winter months and start back in the spring.
