On Friday Mar. 1 the Flint River Academy Middle School Baseball team traveled to play Grace Christian School for their first game of the season. FRA came out on top winning the game 14-1 and getting their first victory of the season. Doing great pitching for the Wildcats was James Murphy, Joel Chester, and Dawson Taylor holding Grace to just one run and striking out 6 in just 3 innings of work. The FRA boys hit the ball well and ran the bases aggressively. It was a great first win and FRA looks forward to their second game Monday at home against Trinity. Above, James Murphy of Luthersville delivers a strike.
