Commission Chairman Maurice Raines presents David Millen with a proclamation declaring December 11, 2012 as “David Millen Day” in honor of all of his many accomlishments and dedication to Upson County over the years. Millen will be retiring from the Department of Transportation at the end of the year with 26 years of service. He has served as District Engineer since 2009.
