Back 2 School Bash provides needed supplies to school children

Hundreds of children, parents, and grandparents attended the Back 2 School Bash held last Thursday at the Civic Center. Sponsored by Upson Professionals, Thomaston-Upson Chamber of Commerce, Upson County, City of Thomaston, Upson Regional Medical Center, RUSH Ministires, Upson Family Connection and Southern Crescent Technical College, the event brought local businesses with school supplies, and children needing those supplies together.
