NJROTC welcomes 24 new cadets

After completing a week of orientation camp,24 new cadets gained the rank for Seamen Apprentice for the NJROTC program at Upson-Lee High School.
The Color Guard marches in at the beginning of the ceremony held on Thursday, July 23 at the Fine Arts Center.
