Santa visits Thomaston

First Posted: 6:21 am - December 1st, 2015

Shirley Russell|The Thomaston Times Santa Claus visited Thomaston twice over the Thanksgiving Weekend. The first time was Thanksgiving night, when he met with good little boys and girls at the Upson County Courthouse. Children of all ages got a chance to visit with jolly ol’ St. Nick and tell him what they want for Christmas. In the left photo, Thomas Dawson, Jr. was visiting Santa for the first time and from the expression on his face, Thomas wasn’t too sure about who was holding him. But in the right photo, Leyanna knew exactly whose lap she was sitting on and she was all smiles. For more photos of Santa’s Thanksgiving visit, see Page 4A. The second time Santa came was in was the Christmas Lights Parade on Saturday. For photos of the parade, see Friday’s edition of The Thomaston Times.
