Harris Brantley (right), the founding member of the Mid-Georgia Cattlemen’s Association, was honored at the West Central Georgia Steer & Heifer Show last Saturday by the Association. MGCA Vice President Danny Bentley (left) presented the award. Brantley is the Association’s president; he also served on the Association’s Board of Directors for many years. In 2011 he was inducted into the Mid-Georgia Cattlemen’s Association Hall of Fame.
